Stress and Your Skin

Stress is a part of everyday life. We know stress can cause restlessness, fatigue, and increased irritability but how does stress affect our skin? First and foremost, it's best to try and manage stress but we know how hard that can be (great tips at the bottom of blog!). In the meantime, what about stress, our skin and managing the effects?
