Shipping & Returns

 

Please note: Orders cannot be changed (added to or items deleted) once checkout has been completed.

Orders may be placed by using our shopping cart, emailing jennifer@meizenskincare.com, or calling 303.349.2932.  We are happy to answer your questions too.  If we are away from our office when you call or email we will do our best to answer your inquiry within 48 hours.  Our voicemail is only listened to and answered by our Administrative Assistant Jennifer so your information is secure.

Please NOTE that your credit card statement will show a charge from "LUCAS ACUPUNCTURE."

We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, personal checks, and business checks.

Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship orders in 3 to 5 business days from the day that the order is placed.  Shipping charges are a flat fee that is determined by weight. Shipping on orders that weigh less than 13 oz is $6.00; shipping on orders that weigh over 13 oz is $9.50; and shipping is free on orders over $125. The FREE SHIPPING option will appear at check out when your order reaches $125; please be sure to choose that option.  

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping to international destinations and U.S. territories (such as Guam) is not available at this time.

We at Mei Zen Skin Care believe in our products, ensure the quality of our product line, and want you to be happy with your purchase.  Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund, or refund check for defective products or products damaged in shipment. Items for which you request a refund or exchange must have been purchased within the prior 30 days and be received by us before the refund or exchange is processed. Returned items are credited in the original form of payment. We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs for returns.

Please do not require a delivery confirmation signature on returns you ship to us.  We are not responsible for product returns that are lost in transit.

Returned items must be 75% intact. With your return please include:
- the reason for the return
- your name, shipping address, billing address, and phone number
- whether you would like a replacement of the same product, a credit to applied to another order, or a refund.  If we are refunding the amount to your credit card please include the credit number, expiration date, and security code or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information
- if you are requesting a refund check please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing and mailing the check.

 

 

 

Please note: we do not accept returns on products that were purchased through a retailer other than through us directly at Mei Zen Skin Care offices or our website. You will need to contact the purchase location directly to process your return or exchange.

Out of stock

If a product is out of stock, please check back or contact jennifer@meizenskincare.com for approximate timing on when that product may be back in stock.
